Blyton Ponds
Blyton Ponds consists of four ponds that offer fishing all year round.
All four ponds are well stocked with a great variety of fish, including common, mirror & ghost carp to 28lb, crucians to 3lb, chub, barbel, tench and bream all going to 4lb, roach & rudd to 2lb and perch to 3lb.
You can also fish for the more unusual varieties that include Koi carp, golden and blue orfe, albino grass carp and some good quality goldfish and shubunkins.
Pond A has 15 pegs, Pond B has 12 pegs and are connected by a narrow channel.
Ponds C (16 pegs) and D (17 pegs) are for residents only fishing from Monday to Friday,
however general day ticket fishing is available at weekends.
Pre-booked 24 hour tickets are available, which gives you floodlit fishing on pond (B) only.
If pre-booked, a two course meal can be made available for a small extra charge.
Most of the pegs are flat, and made up of 4 large paving slabs making excellant access for disabled anglers.
Other facilities include :
* Ample car parking
* On site cafe open from 9a.m. until 4p.m.
* Clean flush ladies and gents toilets.
* Bait shop, selling Maggots, Luncheon meat, Sweetcorn, Cockles & Mussels, BCUK soft hook pellets, paste, feed pellets and oil free green feed pellets.

DO NOT PUT BROLLIES OR BANK STICKS BETWEEN THE SLABS.

Directions :
From the North via the M180,
take the A15 South at Junction 4 off the M180.
Travel South on the A15 towards Lincoln for approx 6.5 miles.
Turn right on to the B1205 to Blyton.
Follow the road across a railway crossing, past the Blyton Raceway and down a long straight into the village of Blyton.
Just as you arrive in the village with houses on the left and right, look for a turn left before arriving at a tee junction for access to the A159.
Blyton Ponds is located approx 70 metres on the left.
From the South via Gainsborough,
take the A159 through Gainsborough and Moreton to Blyton.
Go down a slight hill through the villlage until you see a war memorial on the right and a turn on to the B1205 to Kirton in Lindsey.
Take the right turn and then the very next right turn and Blyton Ponds is located on your left approx 70 metres
