Opened in July 2003, Highfield Fisheries has 3 lakes which originally offered fishing for the carp angler, match angler and pleasure anglers.
However in the later part of 2006 it was, reluctantly, decided to convert the specimen lake (Oak) into a match lake.

Manager George Wilson with his 20 years experience in the course/carp fishing industry is always on hand to help with tips and advice.

Onsite facilities include:
Secure Car Parking (CCTV), Toilets, Shower Block, Food & Refreshments (Hot and cold sandwiches, drinks and confectionery), Tackle Delivery To Swim, Baits

Ash Lake :

Ash lake is a match and pleasure lake which is 1.7 acres in size and has 25 pegs.
The lake has two central islands which can be reached with the waggler and tip.
Ash Lake is heavily stocked with Tench, Carp, Bream, Roach, Perch and Crucian Carp.
The lake is fishable either by Day Ticket or Match Booking.

Beech Lake :

Beech Lake is a 2.5 acre Match Lake that is ideal for club bookings it has 36 custom built pegs all accessible from the path.
The lake is heavily stocked with Common and Mirror Carp to 4lb and in 2003 produced some prolific catches.
There are three islands running through the centre of the lake which can be reached with a pole and the two bays are perfect for the waggler and tip.

Oak Lake :

Covering 4 acres in size with 3 islands,many bays and channels of varying depths this water is the "jewel" of the Highfield Complex.
This water is well stocked with Carp, Ide, Barble, Skimmer Bream, Roach and Chub.
All pegs can be fished using pole, waggler or tip.

Rules :

Barbless hooks only.
Maximum hook size 12.
No floating bait.
No floating pole
Highfield Pellets only (available on site).
Fishing from designated swims only.
No braided lines.
Groundbait feeder & cup only to a maximum of ½ Kilo.
No cat meat.
All nets must be dipped.
No nut baits.
No litter, No exceptions.
No fixed rigs.
No trout pellets.
Keepnets for matches only.
No tins on complex.
Highfield staff only to weigh in.
No dogs.
Rods must not be left unattended.
No splash wagler.
All fish to be landed using a net.
Under 16's must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
