Lake View Fishing

Situated in the picturesque Vale of Belvoir , the Lakeview fishing estate provides a tranquil haven for anglers of all abilities.

The fishery has two main pleasure lakes -

'Pool' which has 25 pegs and a wide variety of species up to 30lbs.

'Ocean' an 18 peg pleasure specimen lake with Bream up to 12lbs and Carp up to 34lbs.
Two match lakes are also available on a rotation system for pleasure fishing every day of the year.

Lakeview have also created an under 14yrs lake that undoubtedly provides an exciting introduction for the young angler in a relatively safe environment.
There are 10 match lakes available strictly on a 'reservation only' basis.
All are stocked with Roach, Bream, Barbel, Chub and Carp. In the Marina, Reef, River & Stream the fish are approx. 1lb to 7lb - in the remainder of the lakes they are approx. 1lb to 3lb.

Please note: children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

All the lakes are equipped with timber decked platforms from which to fish and all walkways are laid stone paths.

Facilities include a superb Cafe for breakfasts, lunches etc.,
a Bait Bar for all your bait requirements,
ample car parking, toilet facilities.

Rules :

Barbless hooks only
Lakeview pellets only in open matches.
No meat based pet food allowed
No feeders of any kind on Match Lakes
No floating pole or rattle methods
No bait to be ejected into the lake after the match
No Boilies, nuts - Groundbait allowed - cup & feeder (1kg max.)
All nets must be dipped before fishing
Night fishing by arrangement only
Use litter bins or take it home
Adhere to pathways
2 nets required in matches between 1st April & 31st October
Fish on Specimen lake to be returned to water immediately
When pleasure fishing in warm weather - please release your fish after 4 hours of fishing
The management reserve the right to eject any person or persons from any part of the Estate at their discretion.
